How to Get All 12 Horrific Visions Mounts in World of Warcraft: The War Within

The Horrific Visions Revisited event in patch 11.1.5 of World of Warcraft: The War Within offers players 9 brand-new mount and 3 returning mounts. If you're working towards a mount achievement, these are 12 easy mounts to add to your collection!

Here's how to get all 12 Horrific Visions mounts in World of Warcraft: The War Within:

The Corruption of the Aspects

This void dragon mount can be purchased from Torie in the Horrific Visions hub in Dornogol for 40,000 Displaced Corrupted Mementos. This mount was timegated along with the Horrific Visions Revisited talent tree, but this timegate was removed on Wednesday. This mount can now be purchased at any time as long as you farm out the mementos.

Nesting Swarmite

The Nesting Swarmite is the new Mail Muncher. This rare elite mob has a chance to spawn from piles of trash located in Visions of Stormwind and Visions of Orgrimmar. During your runs, make sure you click on every pile of trash possible to hopefully unlock this rare mount.

Ny'alothan Shadow Worm

Undoubtedly the hardest mount to get on this list, the Ny'alothan Shadow Worm is obtained after completing the achievement Mastering the Visions. This achievement requires completing a full run of both Stormwind and Orgrimmar with all 8 masks active.

Void-Crystal Panther

This unique mount can only be made by Jewelcrafters with at least 30 points in Khaz Algar Jewelcrafting. After gathering all the materials for this mount, reach out to Jewelcrafters in Trade Chat to have someone craft this mount for you.

Here's how to get all the materials for the Void-Crystal Panther:

• 1x Void Bound Orb of Mystery - looted from Big Keech in Vision of Orgrimmar

• 1x Unusal Gem - looted from the chest at the end of Old Town in Vision of Stormwind while at least 1 mask is active

• 20x Shadow Infused Onyx - Looted from chests at the end of a Horrific Vision when a vision is completed with at least 1 mask active

• 4x Blood Infused Bar - Looted from inside Visions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar. In Stormwind, the Blood Infused Bars are by the anvil the Blacksmithing area. In Orgrimmar, the Blood Infused Bar is on an altar in the Valley of Wisdom

Void-Forged Stallion

This mount requires completing a small puzzle in the Vision of Stormwind. While at least one mask is active, you'll find 4 horseshoes, 1 in each district. After interacting with all 4 horseshoes, interact with the anvil at the Blacksmithing shop in the Dwarven District. This will spawn the Void-Forged Stallion.

Horseshoe locations:

• Cathedral: On a patch of grass southeast of the fountain overlooked by the Cathedral entrance.

• Old Town: On a patch of grass just to the right of the Pig and Whistle Tavern entrance.

• Trade District: On a patch of grass next to the mailbox between the Bank and the Inn.

• Mage Quarter: On the ground, just to the left of the entrance to the Larson Clothiers store.

Reins of the Void-Scarred Gryphon

This mount is also obtained from completing a puzzle in the Vision of Stormwind. To complete this puzzle, you will need at least two masks active. In the Trade District, behind where Inquisitor Darkspeak spawns, you will see the corpses of gryphons, a lone food bowl, and two Ripped Notes that you can loot.

Each Ripped Note will have one ingredient. Each Vision of Stormwind will reset the random notes, so it's best to bring one of each possible dishes that the Gryphon wants:

Fish & Raw - Fresh Fillet

Fish & Cooked - Skewered Fillet

Fungus & Raw - Chopped Mycobloom

Fungus & Cooked - Roasted Mycobloom

Spiced Meat & Raw - Spiced Meat Stock

Spiced Meat & Cooked - Simple Stew

Steak & Raw - Portioned Steak

Steak & Cooked - Unseasoned Field Steak

All of these dishes can easily be purchased from the Auction House. After you add the correct food to the Claw Marked Bowl, the gryphon mount will spawn.

Void-Scarred Pack Mother

This wolf mount is obtained after completing a small puzzle in the Vision of Orgrimmar while at least 1 mask is active. Find the Worn Wolf Saddle in the Valley of Honor and the Bag of Wolf Tack in the Valley of Wisdom. After finding both, interact with the wolfskin rug in the Leatherworking shop to loot the mount.

• Honor: The Worn Wolf Saddle is located inside the Auction House building, on the ground to the right of the auctioneer.

• Wisdom: The Bag of Wolf Tack is located beside the main tent building, behind the Voidcrazed Hulk.

Void-Scarred Windrider

The Void-Scarred Windrider can be obtained from the Vision of Orgrimmar while you have at least 3 masks active. After completing the Valley of Wisdom, the elevator to the Skyway will now be functional. Take the elevator to the Skyway and defeat Void-Scarred Cubs until the elusive Void-Scarred Matriarch arrives to defend them. Defeating her drops the mount.

Felreaver Deathcycle

To unlock the Felreaver Deathcycle, players will need to unlock the Voidfire Deathcycle in the Vision of Stormwind, and then build 6 bike parts to repair the bike. For more detail, see How to Build the Felreaver Deathcycle Mount in World of Warcraft: The War Within

Players will need to craft the Engine, Exhaust, Handlebars, Battery, Seat, and Wheel Spokes and use them with the interactable bike in Dornogol to get the Deathcycle mount. These parts can be crafted if you have rank 3 Khaz Algar Engineering, or can be purchased from the Auction House in Dornogol.

• 1x Void Forged Engine Block - Looted from the Vision of Orgrimmar inside the Engineering Shop

• 4x Goblin Machined Piston - Sold by Big Keech or Roxi Ramrocket

Deathcycle Exhaust System (Exhaust):

• 1x Magic-Lined Manifold - Looted from the Auction House in the Vision of Stormwind

• 1x Elementium-Plated Exhaust Pipe - Sold by Big Keech or Roxi Ramrocket

Skull-Scythe Handlebars (Handlebars):

• 1x Twisted Skull Scythe Handlebars - Looted from the chest after completing Old Town in Vision of Stormwind

• 1x Irresistable Red Button - Engineering

• 1x Recalibrated Safety Switch - Engineering

• 2x Voidflame Resistant Hide - 1 Drops from the chest after completing the Dwarven District in Vision of Stormwind, and the other drops from the chest after completing Valley of Spirits in Vision of Orgrimmar

• 2x Tentacle Spokes - 1 Drops from the chest after completing the Trade District in Vision of Stormwind, and the other drops from completing The Drag in Vision of Orgrimmar

Black Serpent of N'Zoth

This mount is one of the returning Horrific Visions mounts and can be obtained by completing the new achievement Through the Depths of Visions. This meta-achievement is obtained by completing three additional achievements:

• The Most Horrific Vision of Stormwind: Complete all objectives in the Revisited Horrific Vision of Stormwind with 5 masks active.

• The Most Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar: Complete all objectives in the Revisited Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar with 5 masks active.

• We Have the Memories: Complete the entire talent tree (Hourglass of Horrific Visions)

Mail Muncher

The infamous Mail Muncher is once again obtainable during Horrific Visions revisited. During visions of Stormwind and visions of Orgrimmar, interact with mailboxes for the chance to spawn this super rare mount.

Wicked Swarmer

This mount can be purchased from Torie, one of the Horrific Visions Revisited vendors in Dornogol. This mount costs 20,000 Displaced Corrupted Mementos.
